Under this agreement, our expert technicians will perform routine checks and inspections on your garage door to catch any issues before they become big problems down the line. If any issues are spotted, we can perform any preventative maintenance to keep your door running smoothly.

An annual planned maintenance program from Overhead Door Company of Springfield™️ acts a safety net for Springfield and Southern Missouri homeowners. With this program, you’ll get increased peace of mind from yearly checks and routine maintenance. These inspections will help catch any issues with your door before they become larger problems down the line, ensuring the long-term protection of all your products and appliances.

Includes up to three (3) garage doors and three (3) electric openers per single home location.

What’s Included

We provide a documented list of each service performed during your annual maintenance appointment.

Annual Program Price: $129

A fourteen (14) point maintenance tune-up and safety inspection that is performed on up to three garage doors at your home.

A twelve (12) point maintenance tune-up and safety inspection that is performed on up to three garage door openers at your home.

Door service includes tightening or replacing defective bolts and nuts, maintenance lubrication of rollers, pulleys, and cables, adjustments of springs.

Opener service includes adjustment of electric door openers, tightening of chain, setting limit switches, and lubrication of the whole drive mechanism.

Keypad and transmitter batteries are checked and replaced for FREE (up to 2 batteries) if needed.

A detailed inspection checklist is completed, noting any safety issues or needed repairs in writing.

Checklist is reviewed with homeowner and a copy is supplied with service call receipt.

Any necessary repair and/or replacement options are discussed with the homeowner before the service technician’s departure.

The bolts had come out of the wall holding the door up which means it would not go up or down. We called Overhead that morning and had a technician there in a few hours.  Josiah repaired the door by putting in longer bolts and even added some extra ones to make it was secure.  Luckily he did this without any damage to the door. However, after a shaky/loud opening worried me I called and was told nothing would be done as a certain amount of time had passed since the work was done. I am certain that the representative was not local to Springfield, MO and that the local rep would have come out to see the problem and give me satisfaction. The problem continues.

He lubricated all the hinges on the door to stop the terrible screeching.  He also checked the opener mechanism.  He showed me a few things on the door opener wall unit that I had never known about.
