I unfortunately did not get to interact with the installer, however my father in law did amd said the installer was professional and quick. I have seen the finished product and its very good. They are the best!!! From the ordering to installation everything went very smoothly! The garage door looks great and we couldn’t be happier! The spring on our old garage door broke 2 weeks before our new one was scheduled to be installed, they came out and got it working and didn’t charge us anything! I DO NOT BLAME OVERHEAD DOOR in fact, they are doing all they can to help correct the issue and it is much appreciated

The bolts had come out of the wall holding the door up which means it would not go up or down. We called Overhead that morning and had a technician there in a few hours.  Josiah repaired the door by putting in longer bolts and even added some extra ones to make it was secure.  Luckily he did this without any damage to the door.
