I DO NOT BLAME OVERHEAD DOOR in fact, they are doing all they can to help correct the issue and it is much appreciated

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a garage door emergency at a rental.  The bolts had come out of the wall holding the door up which means it would not go up or down. We called Overhead that morning and had a technician there in a few hours.  Josiah repaired the door by putting in longer bolts and even added some extra ones to make it was secure.  Luckily he did this without any damage to the door.  We felt like the price was very fair and appreciated the prompt response!

However, after a shaky/loud opening worried me I called and was told nothing would be done as a certain amount of time had passed since the work was done. I am certain that the representative was not local to Springfield, MO and that the local rep would have come out to see the problem and give me satisfaction. The problem continues.

He lubricated all the hinges on the door to stop the terrible screeching.  He also checked the opener mechanism.  He showed me a few things on the door opener wall unit that I had never known about.
