I called Overhead Door, and they were at my house within an hour! The technician had everything back on track and working properly in about 30 minutes. I unfortunately did not get to interact with the installer, however my father in law did amd said the installer was professional and quick. I have seen the finished product and its very good. They are the best!!! From the ordering to installation everything went very smoothly! The garage door looks great and we couldn’t be happier! The spring on our old garage door broke 2 weeks before our new one was scheduled to be installed, they came out and got it working and didn’t charge us anything! If you are thinking about getting your garage door replaced call them! We special ordered sandstone it was no extra charge!

Their pricing was very competitive, lower than others in the area, and scheduling was flexible to fit my availability. Jason arrived exactly on time and called ahead as promised.
At first, he seemed a bit impatient when I asked about the torsion spring types and pricing differences, but after clarifying that I was just trying to understand the options, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His professionalism and experience quickly showed, and I appreciated his honesty and expertise.
Jason completed the entire job, including adjustments and full lubrication of all hinges, in under 30 minutes. The door now operates perfectly, and I’m impressed by his efficiency and skill. Overhead Door of Springfield came in with a very good bid, an excellent analysis of what we needed, carefully helped us select the right product, and the installation was absolutely wonderful! I DO NOT BLAME OVERHEAD DOOR in fact, they are doing all they can to help correct the issue and it is much appreciated
