He was very polite and respectful of his senior customer. He was clean and dressed appropriately for the job. I am very pleased and would ask for him again if needed.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Overhead Door office staff was most accommodating of my needs, and the complicated schedule I was having. Jason was timely, friendly and knowledgeable; he took care of the broken chain on my garage door with no problems.
However, the spring broke while he was finishing up! He was able to work with his office, and replaced both springs with no delay, and no extra trip charge 👍

I noticed a couple hinges that were in need of being replaced. I called this morning and in about 15 minutes Devon their technician called and said he was on his way out. He was extremely polite very knowledgeable not only repaired the hinges but completely checked out the doors to make sure they were a good working order. I couldn’t be more happy with their service
